Our offerings are shared within a limited-access educational context, and are intended for individuals who have willingly chosen to engage in personal development, spiritual inquiry, and energy-based practices. Access is not intended as a public commercial transaction, but as part of a private and conscious agreement between participants and Ojai Healing.

3. Payments

All financial exchanges made through this site are considered private payments made in exchange for access to courses, sessions, or educational content. By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in a private, spiritually-based relationship with Ojai Healing.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the energetic and often non-material nature of the work offered, Ojai Healing does not offer refunds. However, we are committed to engaging with sincerity and integrity and will address any and all concerns or dissatisfaction in good faith.  Please use the Contact page to reach out and we will work to find a resolution. 

5. Use of Third-Party Platforms

We may use third-party services such as Stripe, Kajabi, Jotform, or Dropbox to facilitate access to offerings. These platforms serve solely to support the technical delivery of our services and do not alter the nature of our private educational relationship.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site and in our programs—including videos, course materials, writings, and other media—is the property of Ojai Healing and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission.

7. Modifications to Terms

Ojai Healing reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes your agreement to the new terms.
